child custody

i left my abusive husband jan/2006.

knowing how depressed i was he had me sign some papers and kept at me until i signed. i did not have any money to have a lawyer read this and as it turned out, he filed an uncontested divorce and got full custody of my sons. my understanding was he was going to take care of them until i could get on my feet and be able to support them. this fall he started using drugs and leaving them alone at night but he says he has custody and i have no rights to them
