Child Custody

The mother is an X stripper, has a two-year history of lying to me, and two false report of offenses with police, as well as three domestic battery charges. Can the father ask for the child to be placed for adoption even if the mother ''appears'' stable?

No, the mother's consent is necessary for an adoption.
