Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

child custody and visitation

My live-in fiance of over four years left me over 38 days ago and took my 3 year old daughter wiith her and has denied me any type of access to her phone or in person. I am pretty sure that she has been with a different man while we we're together and still today seeing the same man. I am wondering if it would be advantagous to my visitation and custody case, that now inevitable, if I hired a private detective to get any evidence of this and her putting my child in the middle of this.

You will need to support any allegations of improper conduct, so private detective may be useful.

Any evidence you can gather can help your case. What is your ultimate objective? How much money and time are you willing to put into that objective?
