child i never knew

my ex and i agreed on a abortion three years ago and than we broke up. three years late she contacted me and told me that she never had the abortion. i never signed a birth certificate and i never registered myself as the father. she gave up the child for adoption without informing me and is now trying to get it back. if in the event she does get the child back do i have to worry about anything? do i have to become involved or pay child support?

First of all, the adoption may be invalid because you were not notified so you could consent to the adoption. And, yes, you would have to pay child support since it is your child. The agreement for her to have an abortion means nothing, even though she violated it.
