If My child Lives in Illinois and I live in Texas can I bring my daughter back to texas with me if there is no custody established?

If no case has ever been filed in IL (support included) then it would appear to be no legal restriction to you taking your child to Texas. That presumes you are on the birth certificate. If you are not, you can not take the child. If you are receiving or paying support, then there is a custody order in effect and you must have the consent of the other parent or an order of court to take the child to Texas.
