Can you have your child taken away from you if you are the male parent, the mother is moving out of state and getting married out of state and the male parent is on probation?

By taken away, I assume, she sought removal and it was granted. So the answer is yes. If you had custody of the kids, then what were you on probation for and why were the kids taken away.
