Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

child removal case

I am seeking to remove my children from the state of Illinois. My ex is trying to fight this, yet (I believe) he is contempt of court. He has never provided insurance for the children as stated in our papers. His attorney will not take the case...is it likely that another attorney will take the case knowing this in advance?

Re: child removal case

If your ex will pay a retainer, an attorney will take the case. Attorneys do not jusdge who is right or wrong, we represent the interests of the person who hires us.
