Child Runaway

If my 15 yr old son runs away from his fathers place in MI and ends up on my doorstep in IL will there be any ramifications for me?

If his father is the primary custodial parent, then yes, you'd want to let him know immediately, and do everything you can to cooperate with getting your child back to his father's place. You could likely be found in contempt of whatever custody order is in place if you appear to be helping your son run away and don't return him to his father's home.
