Child scared of mother

If a child is scared to confront her mother in regards to living with her father what rights does she have?? She is 11 years old??

Of course she is scared. No eleven-year old should be made to confront one parent and say they prefer the other parent. Litigation should include the children as LITTLE as possible. The father needs to reassure the child that she does not have to make these decisions or confront her mother. Dad will handle it. Dad then hires a lawyer and files a motion for modification to change primary conservator.
