Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have a child in one state that I pay child support on and another child in Illinois that is supposedly mine. I've been paying child support on the child in IL too but when I visit there, the mother won't let me see him (I didn't even know he existed until he was 2 and he's now 5) and I'm not sure that the paternity test was legit (she would have been pregnant for 42.5 weeks when she had him and he looks NOTHING like me or my other child). I'm interested in finding out what my options are for getting another paternity test and if it is mine, getting some time with him. Can the mother keep him from me? What would be the liklihood of getting another test and if he isn't mine, what would be my options for getting out of this situation?

If there is a court order finding you the father, you had 30 days to contest that finding. you can not come in 2 years later and say maybe you were wrong. You had a change for a DNA test back then. You are entitled to visit with your child. The court will order that right and enforce it, if you have patience. It is not done in one court appearance. Nothing in this business is done in one court appearance.
