Child Support for Autistic Son

My wfe asked for a divorce & we have 2 children under 18, including my 16-yr. old autistic son. I know child support usually is paid until the child reaches age 18, but is it different for a child with a disability? If so, how long should I expect to pay child support for him?

It is up to the judge........does your son get social security for the disability?
