Child Support

My boyfriend and I are considering getting married. He has 2 children from a previous mariage. My question is -- when we are married, can the courts/ex-wife use my income in when figuring the monthly child support that is payable.

Not directly - however, it can be a factor to consider as far as what his income is if you support him in any way. Complicated.
