Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Child Support

I currently have a court order and I am speaking to legal aid to take my ex back to court to get it modified because I need daycare costs split and his income reviewed. I just wanted to know if the judge will look down on me since I am only working part time but I am attending college to receive a degree full-time Monday through Friday? Will he make me stop attending college and get a full time job? Any advie would me greatly appreciated. Also, I am waiting to hear back from the reporter to order transcripts from the day our divorce was final. But it is taking awhile. They said it is $3.15 per page. Do you have any idea about how much it will cost if we were literally in front of the judge for maybe 10-20 minutes? Thanks

Answers to your questions:

No., No., No.

As to your larger issue, you can use child support any way you please (and some women use it for their own items). Your profession or income is irrelevant.
