child support custody

I was never married to my ex. and his child support is on and off. we never went to court for custody. and he is a felon for child sexual assault. do i have to let him see him all we went to court for is child support through the child support enforcement. and he bounces in and out of his life. he is 10 years old and does not wish to see him.

Hello. Your ex's past history is very

disturbing. Any visitation, if the court would allow it at all, would have to be supervised in my opinion. He is the one who will have to petition the court for visitation. Will be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.
