child support

my daughter is 17 yrs old Im ordered to pay support and she moved out of her mothers house am I still liable for child support when her mothe is not supporting her what so ever?

You are liable until you get a court order saying otherwise. If you think you have a valid reason to terminate support and can prove it to the judge, you should do a motion to terminate support as soon as possible. You will have to be able to prove that the 17 year old no longer lives with mom and receives no financial assistance from mom. It would be a good idea to consult with an attorney that works with a lot of child support cases to help you with this.
