Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
When child support is determining the amount you have to pay a month for the unemployed do they look at your living expenses like rent, food, bills etc...or do they just use the gross income for the minimum wage? Thanks

Your expenses are not looked at. It is your net income that is the trigger figure.
