child support and disabled child

Is there a guideline with childsupport when the child is disabled? And will child support continue beyond 18 and should it be in our maritel settlement?

There is no guideline as there are countless types of disabilities. Depends on the facts of each case. Support may continue and you should certainly put it in the marital agreement. If you have attorneys, they should know that. If yo do not have attorneys, then it probably will not matter, since a self crafted provision regarding something as complicated as 750 IMDMA 5/513 and 501 will have defects, and might not be enforceable.
