child support / divorce issues
Situation: Divorce nine years ago in Lake County, IL, I now reside in DuPage County, IL. In the event that I decide to bring ex to court, do I need to file in Lake County or can I file in DuPage County?

Lake County. Unless you transfer it.

You will need to transfer the case to DuPage County, but that might be relatively easy if your ex also lives in DuPage now.
