Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
Child support
I was divorced a while ago and since will be expecting a child in another marriage. What are my steps in adjusting child support form the first child/marriage or can I?

Re: Child support
If I understand your post correctly you're not entitled to an adjustment. You said there's a child from a previous marriage that you're paying child support for, right? Now you're expecting another child. The first child's support would stay the same in that scenario. Future children's support is impacted by the fact that there are earlier children but the first child's support would always be 20% of your net income.
