Child support

I need to know how easy is it to get payment from my ex for braces for our daughter when the ruling was that he had to pay for half of medical expenses? I also need to add education to our papers? And also to get a raise in child support.

Hello. This can be done by filing the appropriate motions. I suggests that you retain a lawyer. Your divorce judgment is what the court will look at and you should make reference to it when you file your motion for contribution to the minor child's braces, etc. The same goes when filing a motion for contribution to educational costs such as school tuition.
