How can I subpoena my x's bank records and business associates to prove he makes 4 times the amount he claims on taxes?

No need to go through all that. Just ask the court (through a motion) and the court will order it no problem.

Hello. There is a subpoena form for this purpose.

It has to be properly filled out and the clerk will

place a seal at the bottom. This should be done with the assistance of an attorney. The statute requires that a payment be included with the subpoena in the form of a check or money order payable to whom the subpoena is addressed to cover

the costs of mileage, assuming that the subpoena is

demanding that this person appear in court to testify. Will be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.
