Child Support

My ex-husband is now unemployed and will not look for work. He is taking me to court to get child support reduced. Do I have any recourse and do I need to hire an attorney to help me through this?

HEllo. Your ex-husband will probably be ordered

to look for work and to regularly appear in court

with a job diary of his search efforts. I suggests you get an attorney.
