Child support exposure

I have joint physical and legal custody of my 2 children(10 and 12) Ex wife now is getting remarried to a apparently wealthy man. she has voulantarily stoped working adn is being supported by this man. based on my 50,000 a year job can his financial records be discovered if he is supporting her to stop my child support to her???

Unfortunately, there is little chance you support payments will be affected by the remarriage. However, if you are making alimony (maintenance) payments, those can be altered if she is supported by her new husband.
