child support

My ex-wife is attempting to raise child support even thou we both have physical and legal custody and division of time is 50/50 what strategy can i use to prevent this

Generally speaking, the time split is not usually 50/50. One parent will be the "custodial" parent and will be entitled to 20% of the other parent's income. If your ex-wife is trying to get more than this or if the Court order currently gives some other amount, we would have to get more details to properly advise you.
