child support
If my ex-wife has custody but my daughter moves in with me for the summer do I still have to pay my ex child support for the time my daughter is living with me ?

Unless the court order says otherwise, you must pay support during any extended summer visitation. Remember, Mom's housing expenses do not change during the summer just because you daughter is staying with you; nor do yours increase. Read your marital settlement and parenting agreement regarding the payment of child support or contact the attorney who handled your divorce.
