child support

my girlfriend and i have a 2 year old daughter, im working outside our country and shes taking care of her right now, im the one who is supporting them financially, we want to seperate now, who have the right for the child to keep?

Probably her since she has been the primary caregiver. I would need more facts to be sure of course.
