child support
my ex hus lost his job & now has stopped pyng support, what can i do?, he wnts me to get food stamps. no money for lawyer

A person may not unilaterally stop child support payments, there must be a court order to do that. A person such as yourself will need to file a Rule to Show Cause to hold him in contempt for his willful actions. You may also be able to recover attorney fees from him.
