child support

My husband moved out and then got an order of protection against me. Because of this, I filed for divorce. Since then he has quit his job which he had for the past five years. Is he still entitled to pay child support and is he responsible for our credit card bill, mortgage, etc. since he is unemployed?

All of this will be decided by the court through your divorce - make sure you filed for child support. Ask your attorney for advice.
