Child Support

My husband has been paying a back child support order since 2002,it wasnt through public aid,I have called the child support people at the circuit clerk office,I would like to know the when we are suppose to stop paying this,no one can give me a balance and it wasnt written in the court order when my payments would stop,how do I find out the balance,who do I talk too.

The child support case is in Illinois.
