Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Child Support

My husband was previously married. He is currently unemployed. His ex-wife if taking legal action to get child support. We are selling our house because we have relocated due to my job. The ex-wife is asking for 20% of the proceeds from our house sale for child support. The property is joint property between my husband and myself. I have paid most of the equity into the house. Does she have a right to any of the proceeds.
