Generally NO. The sort of normal rule is that the younger children and that child's custodial parent would get a smaller amount of child support. For 1 child by two different mothers, each mother would get 20% of the father's net income. But, for the younger child the father's net income would be smaller because the older child's support payment would be deducted before calculating net income. It's confusing, but general rule is that younger children and their parents get smaller child support awards.
