child support and joint custody

if you have joint custody and child lives with you. The father owes $10,000 in back childsupport . If child goes to live with father. Do i have to pay childsupport? Or does he still owe me the back childsupport?

The back child support is done in the sense that it is owed to you. Once support isn't paid for 30 days then that's a judgment against the other party. As for your paying support, likely yes. I'll see people negotiate side agreements for one party not to not pay support but if there's ever a falling out be sure that the other party can always pursue support.
