Child support

I dont have legal custody of my 3 yr old daughter and i dont receive any child support for her either how do i go about doing this?

You need to utilize the legal process to get a judgment for child support. You can use an attorney to handle such matters or try to do it yourself. If you are in Cook county, I recommend an attorney as the system is somewhat difficult and is overwhelmed with cases. Besides you want to actually be awarded money, right?
