child support modification
My ex-wife recieves child support from another marriage and did not include it in her income when requesting a modification on my child support. will this other child support have any affect on my modification?

Hello. In my opinion the other child support being received by your ex-wife will not have an effect upon your modification. The court looks at both child support orders as separate matters. Will be happy to answer any additional questions that you might have.
