Child support Modification

I was recommended by the state of TX legal aid to the Kane County, IL Legal Aid, because my child support case was started in Illinois and so IL has jurisdiction. I've contacted the Kane County Legal Aid since October 2008, and I have a hearing coming up soon) Is there attorney's or clinics that help resolve these issues free of charge in child support modification or family law issues, because due to the increased amount of support I've had to move twice and have no money to survive with my current wife.

Based on your zip code, it appears that you are not in Harris County. You might try Lone Star Legal. They have offices throughout the State of Texas.

There are pro bono groups in most county in Texas. You can look at the State Bar of Texas website for a list of them.
