child support

Im moving to england with my girlfriend and our 2 children.Im divorced and have a child from that marriage.Im paying my child support.

When i get to england can my ex wife take me to court to try and get more money or can it stay ay a set rate as i wouldnt be able to come back to the u.s to appear at court.

Re: child support

Child support is always modifiable if there's a "substantial change in circumstances." This will typically be an increase in income by you or an increase in the financial needs related to the children that require more money. I'd doubt you'd ever need to appear in court...just call a lawyer if it's basic stuff like child support changes.
