Child support
I am a non-custodial parent that currentlty pays child support.The mother has been remarried for 12+ years.Am i still leagally bound to pay child support?

Any remarriage issues have nothing to do with child support. A non-custodial parent must pay support until one of three times: child turns 18, graduates high school or child turns 19. Most times it's when a child is 18 and then graduates high school. 19 would be if a person were behind in school. 18 is only for a essentially a high school drop-out. It's conceivable it could be pre-18 if someone was ahead in school.

Yes, because you are still the father. Just because your ex remarried does not mean your child has stopped needing food or clothing.
