Is the non-custodial parent obligated to assist with child care due to the custodial parent returning to school? If taken back to court over the issue, can the non-custodial parent be required to pay more for child care assistance??

Usually you will 1/2 of child care.

He may be required to pay 1/2 if it reasonable given the circumstances.
