Can I obtain child support from someone living in your Country who migrated there from another Country?

Yes. In Illinois the welfare of children is a
priority regardless of where the father was
born. The public policy of the state requires that children be cared for. There are two mechanisms for obtaining this relief. I will be happy to answer any additional questions that you might have.
