Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I had a child support order that ended 3/27/2010, but I still owe for back child support .Can they still keep the old order for the back pay that I owe, or should I back to court to and have a new order for the back pay. Because I'm disable and I'm only receiveing $240.00 of my check still and the order has terminated. And they are still taking all of my check.

The law states that if there is any arrearage at the time of termination, the same amount remains in effect until the arrearage is paid in full. However they should not be taking all of your check, as you state. On the other hand you do state you are receiving 240. They should not be taking more than 55% of your check.
