Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My child support order requies he pay 20% of all bonus monies recieved. Am I right that all monies paid to him above and beyond regular pay is considered bonus?

No. It could be overtime. Depends on how it os characterised by the employed, unless is clearly a mischaracterisation.
