Child Support
What is it that I need to do to get the Child Support that is owed to me and my Son?

Go to court and get a judgment for support, get an amount entered as arrears, and get that amount garnished from his paycheck. Then get an order of withholding entered so the money comes out of the paycheck automatically. Usually easier to get an attorney to do this, but it can be done much slower by yourself if you have patience.
