Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

child support being paid by tax refund

I pay child support for my daughter. I was unemployed for 1yr & got behind by $1888. Every year my tax refund goes to her mother. This year I expect to get more than what I owe her mother. My question is that after the $1888 goes to her mother will I get the remaining portion myself in a refund check or will her mother get part of it? I live in the state of Illinois.
