Child support

if a parent is a minor how do i go about collecting child suport?

Assuming that there is an order for support, you have to file the appropriate papers with the court and the minor's employer. It is not too difficult. Our firm can do such work for a flat fee. Give us a call (or email) if you would like to speak to someone about enforcing the child support order.
