child support

i have been paying child support for 15 years,i lost contact with my daughter,i now found her and she has not lived with her mom 4 6 years,she dont even talk to her,is it right that her mom still gets the support money and my daughter has not seen any in 6 years.is there anything i can do.

Hello. You should immediately get into court and let the judge know that

your daughter does not live with mom.

You will need a written motion asking the court to suspend child support, until further order of court based upon the fact that the child does not live with her mother. This is a very serious matter. I suggests that you
