child support petition
my mother refuses to help me with my college education. i was told in illinois that i can petition that my father's back child support could be sent to me to help with the cost of college. is this true? how would i go about doing this?

How old are you? There are many people that don't have mommy and daddy pay for their school and they make it work. As far as getting back child support, I do not see how you can get that. Please remember that college is not a right like eating or clothes.
