Child Support Question

My exwife and I are going back to court

because she will be moving to New York. I

will get my daughter for 2 1/2 months over

the summer. Will the judge still make me

pay child support over those 2 1/2 months

even though she will be living with me for

that time?

Generally yes, but there still may be a way to modify the support order (which you will have to do to change the amount you owe during the year).
