Child Support

I have a son from a previous marrige whom has recently turned 18. How do I stop child support from being deducted from my paycheck?

It all depends on the language of your judgment for dissolution. If it ends automatically then there should be an end date on the withholding order. If so, then the clerk should stop deduction automatically. If there is no automatic end date you need to go into court on a petition to terminate support. Do this immediately as support only can be modified effective the date you petition is filed.
