Child support for my step son?

I am looking to become divorced from my wife of five years. She has a son who is 11. I have been raising him as his father for the duration of the marriage since his biological father is not present in any way. I also have a biological son with my wife who is four years of age. Will I be required to pay child support for my step son?

Hello. No. You will not be required to pay child support for your step son since you did not legally adopt him.
