Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Child support

My x-wife and I have joint custody of our 2 children. First of all, the divorce papers say that she is the custodial parent but over time we both have decided to have one child(Tim)my son to live with me and my daughter(Sharon)live with my x-wife, that is not the problem. When we decided that half of the child support went to her and one half went to me. She is not holding up her end of the deal. Last year she only sent me 4 checks and this year so far, I have received 1 so far. I am not sure what I can legally do, please help me out if you can

Re: Child support

you need to get the case back into court and have an order entered showing

1. Custody should change

2. Support should change to reflect the change in custody.

3. That should date to the orginal change in custody

4. Your wife needs a support order enterd against her or just drop the support issue entirely.
